This report contains weighted data for the 2011 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey compared with a set of private sector norms drawn from an average of data from large, primarily U.S. corporations. Positive response percentages are reported for items that are comparable between the 2011 FedView Survey and the private sector norms. The 2011 FedView question wording and numbers are used in this report.
