This report presents agency 2012, 2011, and 2010 weighted positive response results for comparable questions. The 2012 FedView question wording and numbers are used in this report.
The report also indicates whether the differences in positive percentages across administrations are significant. An up (improved) or down (declined) arrow in the last column of the report indicates there is a 95 percent chance the difference between administrations is reliable and not due to chance (see Are Data Comparisons Significant?).
Policy makers and managers can use this report to track Governmentwide and agency progress in meeting human capital standards and specific management goals. OPM plans to administer the FedView survey on a regular basis.
